Home for a client from Shanghai for family visits as well as accommodation for businessmen travelling to the city. The client wanted a Western ‘Boutique Hotel’ feel.
The 1100sqm home included a gym, 14 seat home theatre, sauna, 5 en suite bedrooms, 3 lounges and a master suite on the 2nd floor comprising study, bedroom, lounge, dressing room and bathroom as well as a staff cottage comprising 2 en suite bedrooms, lounge and kitchen.
